Whey made me feel very sick. Interestingly, Milk/casein doesn't make me sick. I've switched! I'm putting it down to a whey allergy

A glass of water. Or some berries/fruit. Psychologically, the sweetness gives you a fuller sensation. Plus, you can't go wrong with fruit :)

MFP is ace for monitoring macros. What do you aim for? I've found mine are about 33:33:33, but I don't think that's right?
