If he doesn't ask you your weight, don't tell him - Just you tell him how much you're losing :) Well done you for talking about it, some of these comments sound a bit harsh - I wouldn't suggest lying but theres no need for you to tell him exactly what you do weigh xxx Keep up the great work :) xxx

Im eating plenty, ive started slimming world so its all fresh veg, fruit and meat - ai log what I eat and it comes to around 1600 and thats a lot when its mainly fruit and veg - I dont always stretch to be honest and maybe it could be that ai do 5/6 out of 7 days using my legs - I dont know what other exercises I can do…

The weight loss has been since New Yearish (took a few weeks to get into it 100%) You may be right, I did notice a couple of weeks ago that I dont struggle as much biking or power walking anymore, maybe its time to find something else (its just hard with a two year as I have to exercise at home or with her in her buggy)…

You might need to eat more and also, you are toning your body, muscle weighs aswell, as long as you look and feel loads better what does it really matter what them scales say? You look fantastic in ur oic :) x

Im on 1350 and I eat some of my exercise cals back. I now do a lot of walking and biking whereas 3 months ago i did nothing, im eating healthy and well 90% of the time, i have 3 set meals but i do allow for treats if i have enough calories left :) i do have a lot to lose. That could be due to eating a late dinner or drinking more water, i wouldn't worry, just weigh yourself once a week and take that as your weight, your weight can fluctuate so much in a day xxx

I have a 2yr old , a job and i study but i still make time to exercise to give me more to eat, i cant go to the gym but i do walk to work and to pick my girl up instead of using the car and thats an extra hour of brisk walking a day x i cant stick to 1300 most days so i have no choice, good luck xx

Imo overeating is forcing the last of your dinner down even though your full. Bingeing is eating lots of crap like you havent eaten in days, shovelling it it and it barely touching the sides....... What ur doing is picking....... Wasting calories but this is just my opinion :) xxx

Thanks, yes the gym is reasonable but the childcare costs for me to go will be too high :( ill be looking at paying £20 a week just for that xx

Some days i do 30 mins on my exercise bike and then 70/80 mins of very brisk walking, i don't know if the calorie apps are right but i have nothing else to go on xxx

You can start with the losing weight without exercising, as long as you use MFP to calculate everything you can keep on top of that, as the weight falls off i sure even though you work super hard you will be more motivated to get fit aswell :) Feel free to add me for support or a bit of motivation :) x Tracy x
