What going on??
Ive been doing exactly what ive done from the start and yet im putting weight on instead of losing?? Had i somehow tricked the scales to say i weighed less than i really did?? Im not moaning but......
Im losing onaverage 3lb a week, sometimes 4?? I know ive got a lot to lose but im sticking to mfps calorie limit so should only be losing 2 max? I feel like im cheating somehow? Is this normal? I was 231 to start with xxx

Weights?
Any tips on how I can get into weights? I want to tone up whilst exercising and losing weight but im clueless, don't know where to start and cant afford a gym but can afford to get some equipment for at home? My main areas are the tops of my legs, bingo wings and tummy which i guess kinda is just all over lol xxxx

Exercise and eat?
Is it ok that I exercise more so I can eat well and have treats without really having to worry about going over my calorie allowance or should i still stick to the 1400 im allocated in the first place and have exercise as extra? Its just some days i burn 700/800 in exercise and if I only ate 1400 it says im not eating…

Real calories burnt?
I do 30 mins on my exercise bike every morning, level 5/6 and do a distance of 13km, my bike says ive burnt 200 calories whereas a few different calorie working out pages are saying with my weight im burning around 450 - anyone have any idea which is right? Xx

Best calorie counter?
Im a bit confused, my bike says ive burnt less calories than apps say....... I want a monitor thats accurate? Heart rate monitor? Fitbit? I mainly walk and exercise bike and my smartphones crap so cant use apps on that, any ideas? Im clueless xxx

Too little fat?
Ive noticed that my fat intake on average is about 15g per day, is that healthy/ok? My calories are always around what they should be, im eating well, are there any foods that are higher in fat and low in calories to help balance it out? Or will it be ok?
