Legs ache constantly :/ Desperately need help

I walk 45 mins almost everyday - I do 30 mins on my bike or cross trainer (or a bit of both) approx 5 time per week - I do kettlercise once a week and workout dvds when my legs are being crap!! My legs feel like lead when it comes to exercising - im forcing my way through my bike and cross trainer and yet 6 months ago, when i was 2 stone heavier and previously did zero exercise I was managing fine - Any idea whats wrong? My legs feel like theres nothing left in them, I want to exercise but its becoming a chore - Is there something I can do or take? Should I eat before or after? I dont get what im doing wrong :( I should be finding it easier not more difficult surely? Help x

    Are you eating enough? Your body needs fuel to work out.

    how much are you eating? how many rest days per week do you take?

    make sure you are getting enough fuel including protein for muscle repair. are you warming up, and then stretching well after your workouts? those also help. finally - maybe a rest day now and then, if you are relying on your legs for all your workouts, it could just be that they need more time to recover!

    Maybe consider taking a couple days off just to let your legs recover fully from whatever's going on. Also make sure you're doing all those stretches

    Im eating plenty, ive started slimming world so its all fresh veg, fruit and meat - ai log what I eat and it comes to around 1600 and thats a lot when its mainly fruit and veg - I dont always stretch to be honest and maybe it could be that ai do 5/6 out of 7 days using my legs - I dont know what other exercises I can do though - I have to do my exercises at home - Any advice? Thanks x
