Is it ok that I exercise more so I can eat well and have treats without really having to worry about going over my calorie allowance or should i still stick to the 1400 im allocated in the first place and have exercise as extra? Its just some days i burn 700/800 in exercise and if I only ate 1400 it says im not eating enough? Help please xxx

Yes that's fine. Just make sure you are not over-estimating your calories burned - that sounds like a lot of calories!0

Some days i do 30 mins on my exercise bike and then 70/80 mins of very brisk walking, i don't know if the calorie apps are right but i have nothing else to go on xxx0

What a pretty baby! So happy looking, too.
I eat most of my calories back and do fine with that, but I would agree with others who play it safe and only eat half back. You could experiment and see how it goes eating back certain percentages of what you've burned until you find what works. But you definitely want to eat some of them back, or else you will be eating at too high a deficit. You've got to fuel your workouts, you know.0 -
