yaay!!! I have lost another 1 KG this week! Cumulatively I've lost approx. 15 KG. I am thinking of losing another 8-10 KG by end of this year or so. Let's see. Buddha was right! Taking the middle path makes sense! :P Cheers AI

My wife is a Food and Nutrition expert. If I dont find a desi food here, I will ask her. I will try to find some other desi food that is listed here - and log it to the required calorie level. Biggest problem may be - yeah ironically - the calories !! Calories in Indian foods are assumed to be accurate. Even if not, at least it gives us the ballpark figure.
