I feel the same way. I think for me it is because the results are not happening fast enough and I hate exercising by myself. So I just do not do it anymore. I eat cleaner but if I want some chocolate and I can fit it into my calories I am going to eat chocolate. Everything is bad for you if you do it all the time. But you should have your pizza, candy, or chocolate once in awhile.

I love sparkling Ice. Its the best flavored water out there. I used to drink soda like crazy until I found this drink. I might have a can of diet dr. pepper. at night once in awhile. But I drink Sparkling Ice all day. :drinker:

You are too funny. We can do this. Some of us have trouble eating all of our calories and some of us have trouble not going over our calories. Which ever one you are it is still a struggle. And we all have the same problem. Good luck to all and feel free to add me. :flowerforyou:

Wow can we say foot in mouth syndrome. Rule number one never ever say that to a woman. Well muscle does weight more than fat. So if you are lifting and you do see the scale going up but your clothes are fitting better dont worry about it its just the muscle.

Lol that is so me too. I hate the huge trucks. I am always yelling at people. Hate bridges and dont like driving over 45mph. And a lot of people who have there license probably shouldnt. So my fiance does all the driving. But I will have to get mine soon to go to work and back. :noway:

I will be 25 soon and do not have my license. I have driven before everyone says I drive like an old lady I sit straight up and concentrate. I cant handle a car if it is going more than 45mph. I freak out on bridges so when I do get my license cause I am gonna have to soon, it will only be short distances that I drive.

Hey I am going through the same thing he is trying to gain and I want to lose. He eats bigger portions and I eat a single serving. And I try to eat balanced meals during the day so even if it is something that has a little more calories that night I will be ok with eating a single serving and exercising helps keep it down.

I do chicken alfredo in the crock pot with lots of veggies. Pulled pork, pot roast, A1 pot roast. I heard you can do ribs in them. You can do a pulled chicken with bbq sauce.
