  • I use instant plain, I use water but I add either blackberries or raspberries with Cinnamon. That hold me to mid morning when I have a greek yogurt for a bost of protein
  • I have 2 or 3 servings of fruit a day. Berries in the morning. Apple, pear or peach at lunch time and another at dinner or bedtime ( depnding on my persoanl sugar levels from dinner).
