Don't feel bad about it - I almost always eat my exercise calories back. If I wasn't hungry I wouldn't, but, I'm always hungry. lol.

I think it's what works for you, personally. I only eat my exercise calories back if I'm hungry, but oftentimes, I am. Your body is pretty smart, and it will let you know if it needs more. And if you hit a plateau, you can always try eating more :)
