WOW, what a great question! For me it was giving up a full bagel with a generous portion of regular cream cheese EVERY MORNING > Yes, pretty much every morning. I replaced that with an Oikos 0% or 2% Greek Yogurt, 1/3 cups oatmeal, or 1/2 cup whole grain cereal of some kind, and fruit. Emmalee :smile:

Thank you!!! I get it now, I had completely forgot that on Friday & Saturday I added some activity to my exercise diary. lol. This is what made the difference and you ladies are correct! I'm so focused on the eating that I'm forgetting the exercise diary.

Burpees are a total body workout and can be hard to do at first, but I recommend you try them and get used to them. They are the best exercise that doesn't require equipment.
