  • I get my sports bras at Target or Old Navy, but I pay the extra money for lululemon pants. I have pants from lulu that I have had for 6 years and they have never faded and look brand new.
  • I take the high fat/low carb approach. I would rather have all these good fats from coconut oil, nuts, avocados,etc - then carbs from sugar & grains. Everyone's bodies handle nutrients differently and I know mine works better with fats than carbs. I would rather use the fats to burn energy than carb up to burn energy.
  • This. And yes everyone told you coconut oil is good for you because it is. You choose to not have good fats in your diet - that doesn't make it bad. Just like I choose not too have too many carbs in my diet, and that means I have to cut out some good stuff like a good amount of fruit - but it doesn't mean fruit is bad.…
  • I try to avoid anything processed basically. I make our salad dressings, ketchup, BBQ sauce, make almond milk & coconut milk (cheaper than the store bought).
  • I had gelato the other day. Pretty low cal and I didn't feel bad about it!
  • I do Bar Method and 4-6 sets of the Santa Monica stairs (one way trip is equal to 11 flights). I aim for 5 days a week of working out so sometimes it's 4 days of Bar Method and 1 day of stairs, 2 days of stairs and 3 days of BM, etc. It all just depends on my schedule and when classes are.
