If for some reason you’re in an environment where you cannot get rid of them (is a spouse has them around or you give them to kids every day) then you have to keep yourself from starting. Don’t have the first one. After that I’m toast. So I don’t even have one. It’s more like a game I play w myself. I also put them away…

Nice! I hear it. Yesterday I had a zillion steps and fell into bed. Those are the good days though.

Nice job dude! Good work!

Honestly just try to learn how maybe you could have done better and what choices may have been better and then move on and forget about the rest of it. Consistency is the key

My sister does a 25-25-25 (squats, push ups, sit-ups :: or ab work of choice). The idea is to do that every day-bc it’s probably more than you would do if you only did a planned work out a few times a week. It’s making a difference in my posture And my running. I tidy the house as well-5 kids and a dog and husband home all…

I would spend a week eating back all u you lie exercise calories and see what happens. It’s unlikely you’ll gain. It doesn’t sound like you have much “extra” but sometimes jumping up the intake and then bringing back to where you prefer it can help. I am also curious about this overtraining suggestion and what brought it…

Oh my gosh. This yes. And the sleeplessness making me want to eat sugar too. It’s a total recipe for disaster.

Some people will gain while breastfeeding. You may have to stop entirely and make sure you’re eating at that 1800 unless you don’t want to keep your supply. I feel loads different when baby weans:more energy better sleep less sugar cravings etc. For some people it’s like their body fights back when they try to reduce while…

I usually cook my eggs seperate from anything I make my kids. That helps. Plus the patties are easy to add. Dinner can be trickier. I just try to find something similar in the data base and eat a huge salad with it. That has worked well for me in the past (a lot of time I will just put the dish over salad even). You may…

Podcasts and audiobooks are popular as well. LibriVox does free audiobooks that are past their copyright so lots Of classics with generally good to excellent readers. Podcasts can be anything under the sun. Whatever you’re interested in. There are probably treadmill workouts on YouTube too-if you’d like a trainer in your…

I’m 5’5” and found that maintaining between 1700-1800 did not affect my supply. Lower than that did. Running also did (I assume it was sweat loss). But honestly it didn’t seem to make a difference what style I ate or what my macros were, so long as I held the course fairly regularly. Also a day or two dip to 1500 would be…

Personal preference: sprints. I work harder when I know it doesn’t last long. Like one minute repeats. Fitness goals: distance. There’s something physical and mental about a five miler 🙄😂

Orgain chocolate. Get it at Costco. I do half almond milk half water. One of the few I actually like and non dairy which i need

Honestly I don’t think a period of time where you do it is a problem and if you’re concerned take a multivitamin or a salad at lunch. If It’s not like you have an OCD issue where you are planning on doing this for years on end, A few weeks isn’t going to be a big deal in the long run.

Blueberries... still warm from sunshine 💕 and Pinot Grigio

I get hungry w coffee if it has to much sugar in it... within a few hours I’m Looking for a snack of SOMEthing. I split my sweetened creamer w a diary free half and half alternative and that seems to help a lot.

Propel packets mix in water and I take electrolyte salt tablets off amazon.

I use propel packets-1/2 one in a liter of water w Lemon juice. It’s just enough. Not all their flavors are calorie free though so just double check which ones you get. I get them at Walmart or off amazon.

Gait analysis will save you a lot of pain and heartache w this one-shoes vary, particularly on whether or not you pronate etc. mileage impacts longevity.

This was so helpful to me today... knocked out a good four miler and wasn’t so dead that I was MIA all day 👍🏼 thanks!

“Staying fit” is pretty subjective. It highly depends on your goals-for example, one of my fitness goals is to be able to run 5 miles, steady state, once a week. Another is to be able to do 3 kettlebell work outs a week. But all this is in the name of being able to feel free to play hard when I want to play hard: kids,…

I liked this thread... And running. I don’t think about anything but running... and it’s amazing. Totally relaxes my brain from all the fussing I do with 5 kids and homeschooling and quarantine and keeping the house and then the dog and extra people in the house... the everything that is this wonderful blessed life... but…

If you want to go for longer, try walking one minute very light running for one minute. The walking will also help to increase your strength so that the shin splints stop. Agree w the shoes comment (I buy mine on amazon) but if you can’t the blue Dr Scholls inserts will probably help for about 2 months (depending on the…

I use psyllium husk powder. I still eat a ton of veg but I wanted my fiber a little higher. I have noticed I have less cravings too 🤷🏻♀️

Especially if you are at 1200 and your want to stay there, eat back your calories from your walk. Also fiber will allow you to feel full. But if you’re start to become tempted to quit then reevaluate your intake level. I did keto for a while and I was amazingly satisfied on very little. I’m glad you w found something that…

My supply does best around 50g. I like keto because it helps me keep my calories low enough to lose and keeps me satisfied. The first week or so we were starting keto I was pretty dry but the second week was a lot better and this is week three and he seems to be getting more than plenty. Just play with it and see how your…
