i am also not sure why you posted this under GOAL: GAINING WEIGHT and you mention you want to lose. I think you are confused.
-
Wish I could help but that is not what you are looking for here. Sounds like you want someone to say "ok, bye" No one can make you stay except yourself.
-
anemia?
-
I have this same problem. I am hoping you get some advice I can use as well.
-
Thank you for the advice. I was curious to know if a severe soreness could be an injury of some sort. But you all helped. Thank you!

I enjoy a little soreness because that is my way of knowing I am working hard. But this soreness is actually affecting me working. I have never had such soreness.
-
I am in the gym twice sometimes 3 day a week for the past 6 months. I am always a little sore but seems like this past week has been awful for my body
-
It is very painful. I am hoping the muscles will loosen enough for at least a walk this evening.
-
Monday's are normally my days to run or do some kind of cardio, but I hurt so bad I can barely walk and I feel like I have let myself down if I don't run.
-
If you just started, like you said. You are NOT hitting a plateau. I would eat about 2000 cals and exercise a few days a week.

All of these "diets" are short term success. Unless you are willing to spend money on shakes, pills, etc forever they simply don't work. What does work is eating smaller portions, not cutting out "bad" food, and learning what will keep you full.

People get stoked about Atkins, then fail because they can not have starchy stuff. I advice is do not eliminate anything.
-
I am a little confused. You don't plan on starting to run until April and that will give you maybe 2 months to run 3.1 miles? It has taken me 2 months to be able to do 2 miles. I wish you the best and hope you can do it.

Hello everyone! Michelle 25 yrs old Beaufort, SC SW: 180lbs

I just went back to Monday in your diary and see nothing logged except for this morning. That is your problem right there.

The best advice I can give anyone is to MEASURE!! Get off of the scale and buy a soft tape measure. I used to get so upset over the scale that I would give up. I started with a trainer and we did measurements and after 5 weeks I had lost a total of 4.5 inches all over but the scale only moved 2 lbs. After that I quit…
-
Measure, Measure, Measure!! Forget the scale.

How is fruit hurting your weight loss?

I have the same curse. I have a small waist (30in) and big hips (45.75in) so I have the big thigh problem too. I just recently started doing more leg workouts along with running 2 miles a day. Leg Press Overhead weight squats Jumping squats with a kettle ball. I have noticed a smoother look to my legs.

I used to wear a womans size 12 when I was 255lbs. I now wear a 10 maybe 10.5 at 180lbs
-
That is not obese. I feel bad for your boyfriend. He may be slightly overweight and you consider him obese. Sad.
-
I have been jogging and have lost some in my hips, slow but steady.
-
How many calories do you eat a day and how many are you allowed?
-
My trainer has me doing wall sits, squat jumps with weights, and leg presses. I have noticed a lot more firmness.
-
Stay under your allowed calories and you should be fine.

My grandparents took a tbsp of ACV and a tbsp of honey every evening for health reason. They started feeling better after a month or so, but not sure about weighloss.
