Go to the weight loss section of Wal-Mart, that is probably the cheapest stuff. I have EAS I use after workouts.

My scale will change 5 lbs in one day so I have given it up and only weigh once a week. I was weighing everyday.

You are not eating enough. It doesn't look like you log your dinner. Either you are eating too much and just not logging or if you are skipping dinner you are not getting enough calories

I still need to lose about 30 lbs but losing inches cut fat too which helps with BMI. Good Luck! Make sure you measure today and check again in a few weeks.

1st off... throw the word "DIET" out of the window!! It is a lifestyle change. When I view it as a diet, I never succeed.

I prefer to measure than weigh myself. An inch loss will be more noticeable. My boyfriend said to me last night "your hips look smaller." I love hearing stuff like that!

I am 5'7" 180 lbs. I am allowed 1320 cals a day. With exercise I can do about 1600 which I never do. I am not sure how much you weigh. I have lost about 1 lbs a week

Amazing story. I did the same thing with my diet. I chose smaller portions and didn't restrict anything.

Look a few posts up. I just made portions a lot smaller. I started walking for 30 mins a few times a week. Then it became walking every day.

I eat whatever I want really. Just small portions. If I want some chips, I take a handful and close the bag instead of sitting down with the whole bag. I have changed most of my snacks to fruits or sometimes cream of wheat or granola bars. I do run at least 2 miles a day. I was kind of back to my old ways of eating for a…

It is their organization and if those are their rules, they have to go by them. It seems maybe with your BMI at 60 they are afraid to offer advice or give workout info because they are not qualified to instruct severely obese people and afraid they may hurt you. I mean no harm by that just being honest.
