I had to go through some old CD's with pics on them. I wanted to post this for myself as well as others. It shows me I did it once, I can keep doing it. When you are overweight and lose, you will always be a work in progress but you will feel a sense of accomplishment.

I am 5'7". I have a TINY waist with wide hips and thighs. Those have been so hard to slim down.

I will be working on Labor Day... Sticking to a normal diet.

Oh boy... Do not lower your calories. Are you doing the same exercises? Maybe your body is use to what you are doing.

I love meat!! My doctor even tells me to eat lots of red meat because I am severely anemic

When I first started a healthier lifestyle I was 255lbs and stood 5'7". I did not cut any food out the first month instead I limited my portions until I really didn't feel like I needed that extra serving of potatoes or rice. It helped a lot. I lost 15 lbs the 1st month. It was a nice kickstart.

I am on the Swiss Chocolate lean shake, I drink it at lunch. I also take the CLA supplements. 2 before breakfast and 2 before dinner. I started the CLA on Monday August 12 and the shakes on August 15. I am down 6 lbs.

I went from a 38 DD to a 36 C, sometimes I need a D. I am not happy haha. After I reach my goal, I plan on getting them bigger.

I started running a few months ago. I was just like you and could barely run for 2 mins. I am now up to running 2 miles for 25 mins. It is such an accomplishment to me. Everytime I get back and tell my boyfriend how far I ran he tell me great job and he sees me improving. It makes me go harder to prove I can do more.

I use GNC lean shakes. 2 scoops of powder which is 9g of protein and 8 oz of skim milk which is 8g of protein. Keeps me full until the next meal.

Not going to happen. I have lost 5 lbs in one week but I know it will slow after that. Change your goal or you will get discouraged and give up.

Last night I ran 2 miles in 25:40. I would slow to a shuffle when I noticed I started panting to much. But I did it!
