I hate the treadmill. If you only run on that and then go to the road, it will be very hard to go the same distance. It is a good start but I wouldn't use the treadmill forever.

I use an app called Rundouble. It allows you to choose whether to run a certain distance or a certain amount of time. It will tell you to start your warm up, and after 5 mins it tells you to start running. I bought Sparkling ICE in the coconut pinapple flavor...eh...it is ok at best. It did curve my desire from wanting a soda but I had to suffer it down. Wal-Mart was not very stocked yesterday, I wanted to try other things that were mentioned. I ended up with a Peace Tea and a sparkling flavored water. See how today goes.…

I started GNC lean shakes on Thursday of last week. I am down 4 lbs. I feel full after I drink them and the swiss chocolate is great!

I don't know why I crave a sweet soda, I do not crave anything sweet beside that. I don't eat any snacks, so I consider a coke my snack for the day. I am hitting the grocery store after work today, so I have a few things to look for based on everyone's ideas. I am on my 5 glass of water today.

This is why I would rather have a regular soda. I stay away from anything is Aspartame in the ingredient list.

Thank you everyone for the advice. I am glad I didn't get negative and rude posts, which I see a lot of. Carbonated water with flavor may be good. Does it come in Cola flavor? haha

1st of all, she asked for opinions... not to be judged. Diets affect people differently. If she is doing a water fast and her doctor says she is healthy, then why are you people being so negative? Some support team here... Keep up the good work and don't let anyone's negativity bring you down!

Are you anemic? I am and I have developed hair loss because of that, I am only 25.

If it helps, why not? I started the GNC lean shakes last Thursday. So far, I have lost 3 lbs. I always run at least a mile and a half everyday. I only do the shakes during the week while at work because I am not allowed a lunch break so it is easy to do. I eat a sensible dinner.

I run everyday for 1.5 miles, unless there is a thunderstorm. My legs are a lot toner than before. I try to hit the gym twice a week for strength training.

I just bought the GNC Lean Shake in the Swiss Chocolate flavor. It is delicious! I use it with 8 oz of 2% milk instead of water. When made with water, I don't feel full as long.
