I can't believe there's only 12 weeks left in the year!! I have so much work to do on my body! We could start with anything, so Monday maybe 200 star jumps by the end of the day in addition to your work out? Then every day someone can suggest something new? How long world we do it for?

I have recently committed to getting up at 5am and getting to the gym by 5:20 the latest, I really hope that I can keep this up 5 days a week for the foreseeable future because it really works for me and my busy work life, I just wouldn't keep up going after work!

Hey, I'm 5'4 and trying to lose between 14 and 21 pounds. It really is a slow process and because the changes are so small Im finding it difficult to stay motivated!

Thanks for sharing these tips. I find that leaving my purse at home and taking my food with me when I go to work really helps I find that because I can't go and buy the bad food, I don't really think about it much as I can't buy it!' I might have to start this again from Monday!!

I fall into this trap every time I say that it's cheaper and will last me a few days But every time I eat the whole multi pack or share bag I guess that we just have to say no! We know we can't be self disciplined with it so why tempt ourselves!!!!

I find that the in moderation mindset does not work for me at all. If I eat bad foods, I don't stop and the. I binge on them. I do much better when I just cut the, put and get to that place where I don't need them! During lent I did really well, I cut out the bad foods and got to the point when I didn't even crave them…

Run a half marathon without stoping, Wear a bikini without wanting to hide my stomach area! Be happy with my body and size :)

My goal for April is to get back on it following the Easter break and to lose 8lb! Really hope that I get there!!

I'm in the same boat! Had a really good week last week and was down 2lb at Saturdays weigh in Then yday I had a massive binge Easily had about 3000 cals :( So today I'm just going to get back to it and carry on and be super good this week!

For me the biggest thing is always thinking I'm fat! I've never been huge, Just a little chubby, Last year I lost just over a stone and still thought I was fat as I was still around a stone from goal weight I'm hoping when I get to my goal weight which is 140, I'll stop having that fat mentality!
