I have a massive sweet tooth too! It's a real problem. For me, the only way I can stay away from sugar is when I go cold turkey on sugary foods/drinks, and just cut it all out! Not sure if that would work for you? Good luck!!

I'm a morning person too! Feel at my best when I rise early, work out and get on with the day. It helps me so much with having a productive day and helps me to get into the office early. My goal weight is 10 stone too, so that I can have a buffer of between 10 and 10 and a half stone! Last time I weighed I had 2 and a half stone to go :(

I know I shouldn't respond to this but I cant help it. Please stop being divisive. A lot of Moroccans are black in rural areas and the ones that aren't have Arab ancestry as opposed to African ancestry so please do not speak as though you are representative. Berbers anyone??

I had never done weights, just cardio and baby weights at home. I've always wanted to lift but didn't really try or know where to start so I've booked 10 personal training sessions. Maybe it's something that's more common in America. I think there are more opportunities for everyone to snack now but when I was at school it was more things like Orange quarters after sports activities! Jugs of water or the water fountain. I'm UK based.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who has to leave my purse at home! If I have money, I will be tempted to buy junk food and I just don't have the self discipline to say no! No money means that I can't buy junk and so I don't even think about it. I'm sure one day my self control will get better!

I love broccoli, I eat it all the time. Stir fried. All it needs is a little salt and garlic. Garlic makes a massive difference!!

I'm glad you asked this as I've been thinking about buying one. I'm logging my steps on my phone but I don't always have my phone with me so I'm being shortchanged in steps. My polar hrm doesn't have a pedometer built in! I suppose it's prob better to underestimate on my phone rather than over estimate!

I too have found this much harder than I thought, because of my desk job. I also use my phone and don't take it everywhere with me which doesn't help. Maybe use your lunch hour to get some walking in! Good luck!

I'm in the same boat. I just turned 30 and want to get down to my goal weight finally and just enjoy my body. I want to be in the best shape of my life going forwards. I've been quite bad over Easter weekend, but getting back to being good from tomorrow. I have 42lb to loose! Good luck!! We can do this!! :)
