I recently started Just Nutritive Grow New Hair Treatment! I also take biotin and vital proteins collagen every day. Left is 1 month ago, right is yesterday!

Thank you all!!

Do you consider 1 small coffee, 1 medium coffee, a tea, and possibly another coffee a lot?
-
I'm not hypothyroid, I just had everything tested at my physical last spring.
-
typically a pale yellow, other days when I drink more coffee than water it's darker (I work full time and go to school full time...I survive on Coffee)
-
A split routine is what I try to do. chest & tri, back & bi, then legs.
-
No cardio warm up. The day in question, I did chest and tri's. I repped the bar 10 times to warm up then benched 55lbs (8 reps, 3 times) then moved on to incline bench, skull crushers, tri pulldown, tri kickbacks, and chest flys. From there I did a half hour on the elliptical.
-
I could definitely drink more water, I typically get 7ish hours of sleep.
-
No not sick :) It has happened every time I have tried to get back in to the gym over the past few months, maybe a total of 4 times since July.
-
If I'm honest, I haven't done hardly any of the week's challenges for exercise! Resolving to be better next week!!!
-
you are doing a great job!! Thanks for the inspiration!
-
So far, I've logged my foods and somewhat drank my water. Big fail on getting up on time and Insanity!
-
I'm going to focus on eating 5-6 meals a day and drinking the water!
-
2 l of water and fruit are done! now to get the workout in tonight!
-
 I missed Sunday's challenge! As for Monday, there is sugar in some of my planned food like peanut butter, but I don't have any sugar that I will be adding to anything. Looking forward to getting the exercise in after work!

Congrats on your engagement!

I think planning meals and exercise for that matter are really beneficial. I usually plan my dinners for a week out and buy lots of fresh fruits and veggies for snack and I just choose what I want for the next day the night before. i also pack a water bottle with me so I don't stop and get an iced coffee or a tea with lots…

Hi! I'm Kaci, 23 years old. I live in CT with my boyfriend of almost 4 years and our 6 year old son. I work 40 hours a week at a desk and go to school full time so I'm pretty sedentary in my lifestyle. I'm also a typical mom, rushing around to baseball, birthday parties, and cub scouts. I struggle with a few hormone…

I modify a lot of the program. I really like that Shaun T tells you to focus on YOUR heart rate, and that if you can't go as fast but your heart rate is still up then keep trying! I too struggle with the upper body stuff. I also don't jump as high when jumping is involved because I have a bad knee.

While I don't commute, I have a very busy schedule. It sounds like you already do the meal planning which is great. I walk on my lunch breaks, could you break out for lunch and get in a brisk walk? Also what about hitting the gym before your commute home? Right now, I wake up at 5:30 and get in a workout in the morning…

I'm chiming in here because of my MIL. She is VERY petite as in can still wear junior's jeans! My SIL and I were both overweight and whenever we discussed how hard it was, etc. she would always chime in with how hard it is to be so skinny and small. People say things to her that really make her angry and her exact argument…

I was head over heels before we even started dating! LOL. He worked with my dad and I was attracted to him from the start. Once we started dating, things just clicked. It was probably a few weeks in before I was sure it was the "real deal" 3 years this past November 1st!

thanks!!
