Instant Pot = game changer!!
I took advantage of Black Friday sales this year and purchased an Instant Pot. I am in love! It really has taken so many excuses away from me and forced me to eat healthier home cooked meals! confused about protein foods!
about a week ago I changed my macros to 40 protein and I've looked on here a bit for high protein foods. I keep seeing quinoa, almonds, yogurt.. but when I put those things in my diary they only contain a 4-8 grams of protein for a serving? Am I missing something or is that actually a high protein count for a serving?
