My goal for the week is to avoid fast food Sunday through Friday and attempt to make it to at least 3 jazzercise classes. Reasonable?0

My goals are:
WATER! Some days I am SO good about it, others I'm terrible.
Ride 3x.
No late night snacks unless I'm actually hungry.0 -
