My goals for the coming week at the get up on time, drink my water, log my foods even if I'm over, and insanity Sunday-Friday!

  • My goal for the week is to avoid fast food Sunday through Friday and attempt to make it to at least 3 jazzercise classes. Reasonable?

    Both goals are awesome!

    My goals are:

    WATER! Some days I am SO good about it, others I'm terrible.
    Ride 3x.
    No late night snacks unless I'm actually hungry.

    So far, I've logged my foods and somewhat drank my water. Big fail on getting up on time and Insanity!
