I'm having a hard time right now. My scale says 170, I've lost 22 lbs, I am fitting in to size 12 US pants that I haven't been able to wear in 2 years, I've lost actual inches that my boyfriend helped me measure, my boyfriend talks about how much weight I have lost... but I don't see it. Its SO frusrating. I look in the mirror and I still see fat. I still see a huge stomach and a double chin. Its almost like I never noticed I was bigger so now that I am smaller, I feel the same? I don't know. I just feel frustrated and mental. I think (am hoping) that it is just that I am not happy with my results yet because I haven't reached my goal yet. Has anyone else ever felt this way?? Does it get better?

Sorta....I can feel that my pants fit better....and my sweats are hanging on me, but I dunno....I feel better, too. I guess for now, that will have to be enough.
My pastor, who had not seen me in five months (he moved), said that I looked different, younger...so....that's something.0
