My best advice with it is do it at your own pace. It's intense, so just take your time and do what your body will handle!

You'll feel hungry for about the first week until your body gets used to it. I know I did. I'm on Day 10 and I still feel hungry sometimes. But I find if I drink water when I think I'm hungry - it helps :)
