Thank you all; I'm currently sipping on a smoothie I made with the powder, 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 a peach, and a handful of blueberries and it tastes very good. I think that maybe because I used the vanilla and cinnamon in the waffle and liked it, it masks the taste of the powder.

Any ideas on what I should eat for lunch in about an hour? Something with protein but low-carb.

Yeah, I don't keep a diary on here because calorie counting caused an unhealthy relationship with food for me a while back. But I do realize I need more protein and fats. Thanks.
