I agree!!!!!! You don't need that...remember the only person who will be there for you.....IS YOU!

Insanity is hard, but it's worth it. I have been doing it for two weeks...I am VERY overweight. In two weeks, I lost 11 3/4" and 7.4 lbs. You will lose more inches than pounds, inches make a healthier you. Weight will follow. Drink lots of water, snatch up Insanity, I would also take a few and look at youtube, they have…

Regardless if your diary is open to a public forum or just to yourself you need to be honest. If being honest means you close your food diary so no one can look at it but you, then do that. I am insecure about some things but someone judging me because I had a snack or because I went over my calories for the day isn't one…

Dear, dear...I'm thinking of how to address this... You are beautiful. I looked at your picture, so I know this for a fact. It is so hard for me to believe that you've not had very much luck in the love department. I believe everything you get in life is a direct reflection of what you put into it. There are many, many…

Cheat day? I would think that would defeat the purpose of learning to live a healthy lifestyle, but that's just me. For every 3500 calories you don't eat you could potentially lose a pound. I was eating well over 3500 calories a day before 1/1/11. Maybe you could "plan" what you're going to be eating when "cheat" and see…

I've had the Wii Fit and Wii Active. They're both fun and you do burn calories. I would think the kinect would be more overall body active though. I think anything that keeps you moving is worth the money, that's just my 2 cents...

I very much know how you feel. I have problems staying motivated. I have a large amount of weight to lose but I take it no more than 15 lbs at a time. I also go to the gym and have made good friends with the gym owner. I know he expects to see me, that makes the gym part easier. Food choices is a problem because I was…

And if you need the recipe, let me know it is SOOO easy!

Do you like Chinese food? I love the WW Fried rice recipe and then make some sweet and sour chicken using real pieces of chicken without breading. Use the sauce as a dip instead of soaking them in it, less calories. You're getting protein, carbs, veggies...good stuff! =) We love to cook together, with the kids and without,…

I sometimes use a few of those calories if I feel like I need something, but rarely. You can use them or lose them...your choice...never beat yourself up over a couple calories, you actually probably burned more than that doing laundry everyday and just didn't count them =)
