if by "you didn't have to" you mean I could still get fit without exercising, I wouldn't but I would still take a walk or even a jog when I feel like it cause it's really unwinding. but otherwise, i would continue working out :)

almost everyday! I just exercise more so i could burn the extra calories off. if I can't add another exercise for the day, I try not to go over my limit the next day.
