  • Feeling good about yourself in general. Actually being able to see beyond the tummy aka penis and feet :D Wearing a suit and not looking like you're gonna burst. Being able to tuck your shirt in and not looking like you're gonna burst... I'm still a long ways to a flat stomach though. Can't wait! :D
  • I volunteer! As far as my experience/history goes, I used to weigh 250+lbs with very little lean mass around 2012. Then I got fatally sick and got a wake up call from life. Since then, I've been losing weight, maintaining muscle (I had some newbie gains at first but that stops after a while). Now I'm at 194lbs now. I go to…
  • I need to lose approx 35lbs. Feel free to add me if you'd like :)
  • That is literally one of the most amazing transformations i've ever seen!
  • Before After Before/After
  • When you exercise, your muscles have friction between them and your heart rate is very high. As a result, your body starts overheating very quickly. The purpose of sweating is to cool you down. You can't stop that from happening.
  • It depends. If you're ok with a clip on, the fitbit one is very good but when it comes to wristbands, I'd recommend the Jawbone Up24
  • You look amazing!
  • Holy crap! Wow!
  • Thanks again guys! If anyone wants any sort of help or wants to know the specifics of anything I'm doing with regards to exercise and eating healthy, let me know!
  • That's so great!
  • That's fantastic! Don't lose motivation. It WILL happen over time.
  • Thanks everyone! :)
  • Thanks guys! :)
  • Fortunately, the amount of people who support me outweigh the ones who don't but can get very annoying, no? Btw, this conversation happened when the other person started asking me (in shock btw) if I'm gonna eat any rice with the chicken and vegetables in my pocket. My "no" started it.
  • I think I'm just going to hold back at lunchtime and try to do as much cardio as I can :D hold back at the restaurant, hell no! :D
  • I understand guys :D I'm ok at the 1500 calories I'm consuming. This is only for another month of cutting. Also, I understand that it's impossible to build muscle like this. I agree with everything MrM27 has said. I'm focusing on weight loss for now.
  • Yeah. This was a total eureka for me too.
  • HAHAHAHAHAHA. I like you now!
  • The moral of the story is : Keep on exercising and eating healthy and don't weigh yourself too often. :D thanks guys!
  • Oh that makes a ton of sense @MrM27 OMG EVERYONE READ THIS: I'm not logging inaccurately. All of the things that say stuff like "portion" on it is my own recipe. I've decided on the portions. You can go into settings and add your own recipes for accuracy. The point of this all is that I need to stop looking at the scale…
  • This is my picture from a month ago. http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/permalink/progress-photo/shahrezsyed/42867061 This is me today: http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/permalink/progress-photo/shahrezsyed/45102492 And MrM27 is right. I'm lucky to not have reached a plateau yet in terms of building muscle but I will soon…
  • Guys! I just got the tape measure out and I've definitely not gained anything measurement wise. It's definitely water retention. Also, I am definitely gaining muscle. Lots of visible growth there's literally no denying that. About the portions, yes I am weighing my food! These entires are my own recipes that I've saved in…
  • Thanks stef! Ok to recap (and clarify), I'm ok and not panicky at all. This was only to gain knowledge of the reasons for something like this. I will be upping my calories for sure and I won't be weighing myself more than bimonthly to have a better view of my general weight loss trend. I'm upping my cals to 1800 a day btw…
  • I'll definitely up my calories then but that still doesn't explain the weight gain. Also, those things are t generic. They're my own recipes that I've added manually. All those stir fries are my own entered recipes.
  • That's definitely not the case. I'm eating WAY less than my maintenance and measuring everything on a scale.
  • I find the chocolate peanut butter whey protein from Optimum Nutrition quite good tasting. I eat around 150-170 grams of protein a day so a couple of scoops of whey are an essential part of my diet.
  • I'm 20 years old and I've been on the journey for quite a while. I've lost 22Kg to date and now, my routine is cardio everyday and weight training 5X a week. Feel free to add me :)
