I just wanted to share a bit of my happiness here! :)
I was just looking at some old pictures and was shocked at how heavy I used to be! I'm not at my goal weight yet but I'm so close now and I'm getting there.
All of this truly couldn't have been possible without MFP and the amazing community here.
I'm now confident, active, I'm dating a guy now! (My self esteem used to be too low to even consider the possibly of being attractive to another human being). All in all, I'm happy and I truly see myself leading a more aware, active and healthy lifestyle for pretty much the rest of my life.
So thank y'all for answering my questions for all this time :D

    That's so awesome! congrats you look great... I was exactly the same way when I saw my old 'heavy' pictures when I was 310 lbs, I could not believe it. Keep up the good work!
