I used to lose 2-3 lbs a week but after almost two years of MFP my weight loss has slowly reduced to around 2-3 lbs in a MONTH.

I'm 5' 7" and started at 251 lbs in January 2011. I'm hovering between 181 lbs - 183 lbs. Ideally, I would like to see how 155 lbs looks on me and re-evaluate. I've been a pretty loyal member of MFP. Add me if you want support. I know I could use it. The more the merrier. :flowerforyou:
