The depo jab was the worst thing for me! I gained 5lbs with every jab! My diet was good and I was exercising regularily. By the time I had had 3 jabs I had put on over a stone & the last thing I was interested in was being intimate with my partner which defeated the objective. Hope you have a better experience, good luck X
