I've been a pescatarian for about 13 years and keep an open diary. It'd be great to follow some other veggies for meal ideas and support! Any one on here, feel free to add me!

You were gorgeous in the dress at the wedding (and not just because it's a great dress!!), but I can really see how much weight you've lost. Congrats on all your hard work paying off! And those gams! Wow!

Look at that tiny waist! I'm tall as well, and I totally get the frustration--I can see some changes in my body, but I'm nearing 30 pounds or weightloss and I still haven't dropped a full pants size. Also I bet the reason you feel like your boobs have gotten bigger is because you now have a slim waist to compare them to!…

So glad you said that! I also hand-count my almonds out and feel a little on the obsessive side every time. I try to spread my almond time out--1/2 an ounce in the morning with breakfast and half in the afternoon as a snack. Also, other people mentioned it, but avocados are surprisingly low in calories, but have the good…

Love this post! Thanks so much for taking the time to put it all in perspective!

Love this idea! I'm living in Germany, but most of my tracking is in miles and pounds, if that makes a different to you. 25 years old and I log daily. Feel free to add me!

Like a lot of people, my first goal is the highest end of my healthy BMI and my final goal (for now!) is in the middle and was chosen pretty randomly since I've never been that weight as an adult. I also found the Self magazine "happy weight calculator" helpful; you answer a few questions about your family's weight, your…

Great advice here! I so agree with tossing your store-bought cleanser. I use a little cotton pad and plain water (cool! never hot!) to wash my face two times a day. Also I couldn't recommend vitamin E oil more highly! The pure oil is pretty expensive, but you can buy the liquid capsules (like the kind you'd normally…

Double post, sorry.

I don't know how you feel about seaweed--seriously I know this sounds weird, but hear me out!--but I just bought a bag of wakame. You can get it in any Asian grocery store, and it's salty and crunchy. Also NO CALORIES. Not exactly chips, but it's a good snack if I just need something to graze on. The sodium and iodine…

Would you say the same thing to a thin person working their *kitten* off? If so, go for it! If not, I'd treat her the same way you would any other person in the gym. That said, I had a trainer at my gym compliment me on killing it on the rowing machine and it made my day!

So agree with this! A full dress or skirt and top with a waist-belt does wonders. That way you don't have to worry about sucking anything in but can still show off a little! You look so pretty and fit in your profile picture, but I know what you mean--sometimes it's hard to feel good in your own skin.

You might have already found her, but I so recommend reading http://www.canyoustayfordinner.com/. She lost 100+ pounds and a part of that weight loss was during a semester in Italy. She has some great tips on her blog! I don't know her personally or anything, it's just a site I've found really inspiring. I've been living…

It'd be great to have more friends who log daily! Feel free to add me!

That's always what I WISH I would have said, but never do in the moment. I can't believe people think it's appropriate to make that kind of comment about someone else's body! So rude.
