I was just going to ask this! I think this answer's a little over my head though. I get the whole not actually adding muscle if you're eating in deficient (which I am), but I am able to lift more than I was at the beginning. Is there a difference between getting stronger and adding muscle? Thanks to everyone for sharing…

I actually live in Germany and I've found that they're even more reluctant to show a woman heavy lifting here than in the States, but I have a good trainer and I'll be sure to put my foot down if she's trying to steer my towards the 2 pound…

I LOVE Nike Training Club--the demos on all the moves are really helpful and I am sore and tired (in a good way!) after doing the 45 minute strength sessions.

Aw, well done! As annoying as it is to have nothing to wear, it's gotta feel good that it's because you're so slim now. I just had the same experience this morning. I think I'm going to stick with dresses I can belt for the time being since I still have some to lose.

We have really similar weights actually! I'm 25, 5'9" and 181, with an initial goal of 150, but I've really never been that thin as an adult so I might have to re-think when I get there. Feel free to add me, I log daily and try to be a great motivator!
