If the weight is from home-made biscuits, beef stew and mac and cheese couldn't you just not cook those things? In my house I just stopped cooking the unhealthy foods (like biscuits). Seems like that would be the best option. Find healthier meals to make and cut out the fat ones.

I am late getting this in again but I forget that I have a few groups with different weigh in days. SORRY. Last week I was 221 lbs and as of 10 minutes ago I am now 207.9! Not bad for a week! I killed myself trying to get there but am so happy with the results!

I wasn't able to get all of these in yesterday. I completed the jumping jacks, squats, push ups but didn't do the mt. climbers and burpees. I am hoping to add those in today. I just ran out of time last night. I also did 95 minutes of cardio between the C25K program and my daily walk!
