I work out 5-6 days a week and I'm ok. Of course, if you are doing any strength or weight training, you want to have a day in between to allow your muscles time to repair. Always listen to your body, it'll let you know if you are over-training.

Feeling pretty good. Lost 3 lbs since last weigh in. Feels like it should be more but trying not to get discouraged. I wanted to be down 10lbs by May 1st, but looks like its not gonna happen. I also can tell when I've not drank enough water b/c I feel really hungry. So if I'm in between meals and I feel like I'm really hungry, I drink 4-6 oz of water. Usually it does the trick b/c your body will confuse thirst with hunger.
