Yes, the walking with a stroller is lower because I think they are believing that you are just walking slowly with your child(ren). I go for daily walks with my 2 year old in the stroller and even though I walk as fast as I can, I always log it as pushing/pulling with stroller since it's less calories burnt. I don't have a…

This is what I do too, but I log mine as a 1/4th of the time we are at the pool since a lot of the time I'm having to watch my 2 year old and 7 year old and not getting to do much. I do swim a little, job in the water, and then otherwise it's just playing around with them.

Does anyone know of any exercises that are good to do in the pool (besides swimming)? I take my sons almost daily to our subdivision pool and I'd love to know some good workouts I can do while I am in the water watching them. TIA!

I only do the Wii, take walks and go swim in our subdivision pool (and by swimming, it's mostly watching my 2 kids, so not very intense). For the Wii, I do: Just Dance 2 Wii Sports (regular one that came with the system)--I do tennis mostly EA Sports Active 2
