I can totally relate. It's all going to depend on your body and how/where you see and hold your weight at. I've lost 72 lbs. since September and I know there is a difference, but it's harder for me to see than anyone else. Also, it took me until around 40 pounds before anyone said anything to me (besides my husband).

I always thought it was just me! I can't do one correctly. Apparently my butt is always high in the air and I have no upper body strength, plus I have a weak left wrist so I can't support my weight on it. If I want to do it, I just do them against a wall for now.

I had Quaker Heart Medley Banana & Walnut Instant Oatmeal. I'm not a huge breakfast eater, but this is fast and easy so I can get something to eat before taking my son to school.

I just completed my 150 remaining crunches from yesterday (I did the standing ones that someone posted a you tube video of, since I was at the park with my son). I'll try the squats but doubt I can do all of them.....I stink at leg exercises! LOL
