    Today's workout :

    200 calves raises: Check!
    60 minutes walk: Check!
    40 minutes on IT: Check!
    Minutes added to my ticker: 110 minutes! Check!

    Today was a great day!! Hope yours was a great one too!!

    I loooove these mini-challenges.

    I did them in 8 sets of 20, over about an hour.

    sorry to tell you this, but 8 sets of 20 is 160, not 200. :ohwell:

    I finally found the post about the daily challenge on the correct day and can say I completed it on the correct day! Calf raises are completed. Also did the overhead triceps extensions today and did the squats yesterday so I am caught up! Don't know what Monday's challenge was but I will move forward instead of backwards!
