I did them in 8 sets of 20, over about an hour.

I finally found the post about the daily challenge on the correct day and can say I completed it on the correct day! Calf raises are completed. Also did the overhead triceps extensions today and did the squats yesterday so I am caught up! Don't know what Monday's challenge was but I will move forward instead of backwards!0
