I'm in! Thanks for posting a challenge :)

Thanks! I just checked it out and they do sound pretty good. My question on their recipes, though, is how do you determine the serving size. Do you just say, this looks like 8 servings or how do you figure it out?

I just got done completing my first 50. I'm doing them against one of the walls in my kitchen. And I love the comment about bat wings....yeah, here's hoping it helps mine too!

Thanks for posting this. I added it to my Instant Queue for our TV and even if it stinks, at least I'll get a workout.

I can't do regular push-ups due to a cyst in my left wrist (it can't support my weight), so I just tried the level 1 and I just completed 20 of them. Thanks for posting this, I only have 80 more to go :)

I'm 4 ft. 11 and weigh 153lbs. I'm wearing a size 16 now, but they are loose in the waist, but I can't go down to a smaller size due to my hips and extra skin (in my thighs and c-section belly).

Congrats! I can understand how huge of a deal that is. I was a Diet Coke addict (like 6 or sometimes more per day), but all I drink now is just plain water. The last time I had a Diet Coke was a few weeks ago and it didn't even taste that great to me. I couldn't believe it! Way to go!!!

I just got gas yesterday at $3.64 per gallon, but it all depends on which station and town you go to here. I'm a SAHM, so the only driving I do is to the store/errands. However, my husband drives 100 miles per day for work (50 miles each way). He has to get gas every 2-3 days and the rising gas prices are really hurting.

My lunch today is: Broccoli - Cooked, boiled, drained, without salt, Ready Pac - Garden Salad, Baked Chicken Breast w/ Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning Baked Potato w/ Parkay Spray Butter
-
I've actually started craving steamed broccoli (and this is someone that had never even tried it before 2 weeks ago). I even told my DH the other night (it was around 11 pm) that I was craving it. His response was "What has happened to you?" LOL

Our drive to visit family is 11 hours in the car, so this is what we do. I pack breakfast, lunch and snacks for the car trip and then eat dinner there when we arrive. My list is pretty basic since I pack for myself, my DH, and my 7year old and 2year old. Breakfast: Dry Cereal Cups (the small ones that usually sell for $1)…

I'm a couponer, too. Not super extreme like the ones on the show, but we do have a stockpile of items. If we are going to use it anyway, then why not get it free or super cheap? It's nice to be able to use the extra money that you would have used on those items towards other items you want/need or in our case to save for a…

Can you message me the recipe? I'd LOVE to know how to make these!

YES! I just discovered their flatbread and it is yummy! All my sandwich has is this (I like stuff plain): Chicken Flatbread Cheese Toasted Eat half then and save the other half or share with my son.
-
We're having: Loaded Baked Potatoes (mine will just have Fat Free Parkay Spray while my DH & DS add other toppings to theirs) Salad Brocoli (with a little cheese dip) Betty Crocker Walnut Brownies made with Diet Coke for dessert (I know, not healthy, but yummy)

I don't have the Wii Zumba and have never done Zumba, so I can't really comment on that, but we have Just Dance 2 and Just Dance Kids here and really like them both. And this is coming from someone that CANNOT dance! It's a great workout (I do the Just Sweat mode) and am always covered in sweat after I'm done.

Thanks! I had looked before but couldn't find any. I added some to our Queue and will check them out this weekend.

I agree with the previous poster that if it's hard to stay away from the food temptations, that it's probably best to just skip it this year. Tad off topic, but 3 years ago we were in San Antonio during Fiesta. My husband and I got married on the RiverWalk on Marriage Island :)

I would be mad if my son was forbidden to bring his lunch from home, as he does it most days (he buys his lunch only about 4 times a month). His school does seem to have pretty healthy lunch choices though. You get to pick 1 main entree (of 4 choices) and you get 3 sides (out of 5 choices). At least 4 of the 5 choices are…

I completely understand. I have to choke down green beans and besides that I can't stand any other veggies. I think I'm going to get some and hide them in food so I just have to eat them, but that's kinda hard since I'm the one that makes the food. Good luck to you. I have no advice for you, just wanted to let you know…

Welcome to MFP and happy belated birthday :)

Mine is Kellogg's - Fiber Plus Antioxidants Chewy Bar - Chocolately Peanut Butter. They are so yummy!

If you like homemade pizza, I make it on Flatout Bread. With the flatout bread, sauce, shredded cheese and ground turkey it's usually around 200-300 calories for half of one (obviously depending on what toppings/brands you use). I think it's good. I say if you are craving pizza, though, go ahead and get some. Just limit…

Congrats! I still haven't worked up the courage to try yet, but I am going to soon!

Thanks for the support. I'll see if our library has that book! As for the gym, we live in a small town and none of the gyms provide childcare, so I just do my exercising at home. I REALLY wish they would open one here with childcare just so I could get some "me" time and work out more strenuous then playing the Wii and…

I'm Amy. I have a 7 year old and an almost 2 year old (the end of this month). I joined MFP in January, but have been actively trying to lose weight since September. I'm really struggling right now because I feel so alone, which makes me just want to eat and lay around/do nothing. We don't have any family and/or friends…

I do the Just Dance 2 on the Wii and don't have a HRM, so I just log it as "dancing, general" from the database. Hope that helps!
-
I'm a SAHM to my almost 2 year old and my 1st grader (7 yr. old). We live in a small town with no gym that provides childcare, so I just do stuff at home (the Wii and walking around the neighborhood) for exercise.
-
Congrats on your amazing weight loss and transformation! I'm 4'11" and my heighest weight in September of last year was 223 lbs. I'm now down to 160 lbs. due to my diet change and exercising (just walking and Wii games at home). I'm hoping that my body will look like yours (although I strongly doubt it after 2 kids via…

This is how I do it, and I'm definitely no expert. For the birthday party, I would eat beforehand some stuff that I knew was good for me at home or bring something that I liked that I would eat. And spend the time talking to everyone as far away from the food as possible while constantly drinking water. Then for the…
