I'm in! My goal is for 225 using something from the kitchen as my "weights"

I've been on maintenance since March, when I reached my goal weight of 109 (I'm only 4' 11"). Right now I currently weigh 107. I've gone down as low as 106 and as high as 109 in this time period, so yes, my weight does fluctuate a few pounds. I had my calories set to what MFP recommends as maintenance for me, but I was…

I am super sore from yesterday, but I need some motivation to do something, so I'm in. My goal is 200 for the day.
-
1. Oats 2. Protein Powder 3. Peanut Butter 4. Fresh Fruit (MUST HAVE bananas & apples, but mostly have a variety) 5. Plain Greek Yogurt Plus so much more!
-
I eat my salads dry too (no dressing)...I thought I was alone on that!
-
Did 3 sets of 50....my legs sure can feel it! Completed my 150 crunches from yesterday too :)
-
I'm in and since I completely forgot about yesterday's crunches, I'll be doing those too!

I'm in Denise! Love your mini challenges :)

Glad I could bring a little sunshine to your day :) But it seriously is really tasty....give it a try!

This is something that I just recently discovered and now eat almost daily. Super yummy! Cottage cheese with cocoa powder, chocolate PB2, and spinach mixed together. Ends up looking like someone poo'd in a bowl, but it's super tasty and lots of protein :)

Mine is set at 2500 and I most of the time don't exceed it. The thing that throws me close to it or over is eating cottage cheese, since the brand I get has 470mg per serving and I usually eat 2 servings at one time. That with the small amounts in everything else really brings up my daily consumption.

That is awesome!!!

I do, but it's not very often (maybe once a month unless we are traveling/on vacation). I did "treat" them to McDonalds yesterday because we were out of the house all day and they each had a cheeseburger, shared a small fries, had water to drink, and then each had 1 1/2 cookies for dessert. My kids don't drink soda (my 8…

Both of my parents worked full time while I was growing up and my mom's the youngest girl of 5 (9 kids total), so she was the baby and never learned to cook. So my diet consisted of convenience foods (hamburger helper, fast food, etc.) and the only veggies we ever ate came from a can...no fruits except an occasional…

I mix it with chocolate protein powder and either PB2 or chocolate PB2. Super yummy and full of protein!

Wish I would have remembered this this morning, maybe it would have given me the extra push to keep running. I only ran 2.7 miles this morning (was hoping for at least 4).

Bump for ideas...I make my own chicken "fried" rice, but will be looking through here for other ideas!

It's all going to depend on the person. I've had 2 c-sections and my skin there is NEVER going to be flat (too much excess) without surgery. However, my sister has had 3 c-sections and you can't even tell she's ever been pregnant (besides her scar) because her belly is so flat.

I run first thing when I wake up in the morning (anywhere between 4:45 and 5:30am). I run anywhere between 4-6 miles (6.2 being my farthest so far) and have never had anything to eat or drink beforehand. I know that I can't drink anything because I will have to stop and pee and I figure food would have the same (or worse)…

I roughly spend $200-$300 per month for my family of 4. I buy based on what's on sale and stockpile what I know that we use when it's a really good price. I also price match multiple grocery store ads at Wal-Mart since I can make one stop, but still get all the savings of the different stores. You can look up the ads…

I'm a SAHM to an 8 year old and 3 year old boys. On the days that I run, I get up between 4:45 and 5:15 and go out running before everyone wakes up (my DH is at home sleeping too). Then, I get home and make everyone's breakfasts and my DH's lunch to take to work. If I want to get a Wii workout in, that gets done after…

I had never eaten it prior to a few weeks ago, but now I LOVE it! I eat it as a snack, in fact I just got done eating some (while reading through this, LOL). I mix 1.5 servings (3/4 cup) with 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder and some chocolate PB2 (I did 1.5 TBSP today). A very filling, tasty, and yummy 164 calorie snack…

I'd love to have some extra skin removed from both my stomach and upper (inner) thighs...they are the worst and most noticeable when it comes to where all my extra skin is and I'm constantly complaining about it. My DH wants me to get it done, but I can't justify spending that amount of money on me....so we'll see.

I am one of the cheapest people around, so that $250 would go towards replacing A LOT of stuff here! We never buy anything until we absolutely have to. We need a new mattress, new living room furniture, a TV, all new kitchen stuff (all of ours is hand-me-down stuff or cheap college stuff), and I'd love a treadmill for when…

I'm the same way. I don't like it plain at all, unless I'm cooking with it (in place of sour cream). I buy the plain version and mix it with protein powder and PB2...creamy and yummy goodness!

I LOVE peanut butter and I have Planters Creamy PB that I use on products like bread, bananas, etc. and then PB2 and Chocolate PB2 that I use when mixing into stuff (like oatmeal, Greek Yogurt, cottage cheese, etc.) Maybe try it that way. You'll still get the peanut butter flavoring and it won't taste so strange. HTH!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Oatmeal. I do 60 grams of oats, the old fashioned kind (1 1/2 servings) with some water. Microwave for about 45 seconds. Then mix in 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder, PB2, and flax seed. Super yummy and filling! Or for a sweet treat, do the oats with unsweetened cocoa powder, chocolate PB2 and flax…
