Mine is a PITA. I'm glad that we live 11 hours away, but it makes the visits here seem to last an eternity because they stay with us and are around 24 hours out of the day with no break. She's overbearing, nosy, rude to me and doesn't respect anything I have to say about any subject, especially concerning our 2 sons.

I haven't done ANYTHING since Wednesday due to a knee injury. It had been hurting for awhile, but I kept pushing through my morning runs and exercising. After my run on Wednesday, I couldn't walk at all and have been resting it since. I go to the doctor today to see what's up. Best advice...be careful and don't push it.

I'm 4'11" tall and 109 is the middle of the healthy range for my height, so that's what I picked as my goal weight. I'm there right now and currently eating at maintenance. I'm still not happy with my body, but a lot of that has to do with my extra skin and wanting it to just magically disappear!

To me it's not as creamy as regular peanut butter, but when it's mixed into stuff, then you can't tell. But when mixing it with water as a spread, I can tell it's not the same, but it's still good. Hope that helps some!

I use it. I purchased it from Amazon. I use it with my chocolate protein powder and plain greek yogurt. I also just used some for lunch. I made oatmeal and then mixed in vanilla protein powder (1/2 scoop) and 1/2 tbsp of PB2 and topped with some flax granola. Super yummy!
