I have 4 lbs. left to lose and it's definitely coming off a lot slower. I have recently (this is my third week) started zig-zagging my calories. Obviously it's not a huge difference each day since I have so little left to lose, but it's helped my weight loss jump start again. I've lost 1 lb. a week each of the last 2 weeks.

The ones I have had are: Chobani Plain Non Fat Dannon Oikos Plain I only get the plain flavored because it has less calories and because I mix it with chocolate protein powder & peanut butter for a protein filled treat.

I pack my son's lunch almost daily (he gets to buy lunch 4 times a month from school due to cost and the unhealthiness of it). Here are some suggestions as to what he likes, not the healthiest, but some ideas: "Breakfast for lunch": Yogurt, dry cereal (that's how we eat it here anyways), fruit-either a banana or…

I don't like cauliflower, but I decided to try this yesterday for my lunch. It was actually really good! I did it and mixed it along with some leftover grilled green bell peppers & onions that I reheated, along with some cooked chicken breast pieces. I added a 1/4 tsp. of garlic powder to everything. Super yummy and…

I make one meal, but with different alternatives (usually for me) unless I specifically know it's something my boys won't eat or that I don't want. My DH will eat pretty much anything. Like, when I make chicken fajitas that I LOVE, I feed them leftovers from another night or a sandwich, etc. When they all want frozen…

I'm going to try this for my lunch today. I have some leftover green bell peppers & onions that I had cooked on the stovetop last night, so this sounds delicious all mixed together with some chicken pieces. Thanks!

I have it, but I don't use it very often because it's pretty boring to me. I mostly use Wii Zumba (I only have the first one, but heard the second is much better) & EA Active Sports 2. They are both good and not too difficult.

I'm 4'11" and my goal weight is 109. I'm currently 114, but started out at 223 in September 2010.

I use it for my walks & runs around our subdivision. Since I just got a Polar HRM, I just use it for the purpose of telling me my speed and how far I've gone. The calories burned are a little on the low side compared to what I actually burn according to my HRM.

Chili's chicken fajitas are 360 (maybe 380?) calories for the chicken, peppers and onions. I just eat it that way with my fork and not the tortillas, cheese, etc. Super yummy!

I don't like cottage cheese at all....so can you seriously not taste it in this? If so, I might try it out.

Sounds delicious!

I'm in. Not sure I'll even come remotely close, but worth a shot, LOL. 2/1: 3.47 miles walked 2/2: 3 miles running 6.47 miles completed 78.53 miles to go

Besides spending time with my DH & 2 sons, my things that I personally enjoy are: 1. Reading---I LOVE LOVE LOVE to read. And now that I have the Kindle app on my iPhone I am reading ALL.THE.TIME. 2. Couponing & Price-Matching at WalMart....yep, I'm one of "those" people. Not to the extent of the TV show at all, but I love…

I'm 4'11" too. My goal weight is 109 lbs. and as of Monday's weigh-in, I am at 114 lbs.

Since you have Strawberry protein powder, you can always take a scoop of that and mix it with plain greek yogurt. It will make the yogurt taste strawberry and not the regular sour taste greek yogurt has (I do this with my chocolate protein powder). That would be high in protein for you and a quick, easy breakfast.

Sounds good!

These sound good. Thanks!

I was pretty excited that for how much of a picky eater I am, of the top list I actually eat 4 out of 8 of them (spinach, yogurt, carrots & oats) and 3 out of the bottom 4 (romaine lettuce, pinto beans, and pumpkin).

"Bump" bumps the post up to the top. It also leaves it in your posts you've commented on so you can find it easily :)

I always get the Chicken Fajitas. They are delicious, although high in sodium. I just try to make the rest of my day low in sodium.

I mix my protein powder with 1 tbsp peanut butter & plain non-fat greek yogurt. Mix with my hand mixer and eat up. I use chocolate protein powder so it's similar to a chocolate yogurt/pudding. Super yummy & filled with protein.

I do this, but without the cottage cheese. Super yummy!
