Hi everyone. Good day again for me. Calorie are within allowance and all logged. 45 minutes walking. 45 minutes static bike. This was an extra 15 minutes as I discovered I can knit whilst riding the static bike. !!! Result. Look like everyone is doing great. Have a good day/evening.

I offer mutual support, yes evening snacking is an issue for may but if you factor them in your daily allowance you can still have the treats. Good luck and stick with it

I really don't like the gym or group fitness. I much prefer my walks and static bike, I always take my iPhone on the bike so I can do something otherwise I would likely get bored and it makes me feel Like I'm not wasting time. Signing in for 12th Nov 2017 I managed it! Stayed within calories and logged everything( completed my diary early with my evening snacks included in case I'm tempted) Two sessions on the static bike 15 minutes and 20 minutes. 12/12 Thank you all today for your kind thoughts. Carol

Laura it's good that you made that declaration. Follow it through by logging all your food and drink, log in to MFP everyday. Gather some supportive friends on MFP for motivation and support them too. Stick with it and you will be a winner. Good luck
