My name is Carol im 75 years old,I am 217lbs. I had previously lost 51lbs but from 2018 to 2019 had three major surgeries two for cancer and since then all the weight had piled back on, I need to lose this weight.

I’m 74 years old and was doing really well until 2018 then one thing after another took over mainly serious health issues abd all my good work was undone. It would be great to link with someone to exchange notes with. I now have about 56 lbs to lose. Thanks for reading

You can do this but you Need to take one day at a time, friends some of us do tbh at you have support each day, have an open diary so that we can guide you on Choices day by day. You Must enter all Your food and drinks into the diary so that you can see what is good and what is…
