It helps with Happy scale because it shows you just how weigh fluctuates do you are not di fixated on the figure you see, it's good to see the ups and downs and when you see the whole month and how it went down from previous it's grreat.

Don't put yourself down I'm sure you are not that. You can do this, you need to stick with it and log everything, have you got stuck due to not weighing food etc? Can you increase your walking ? Stay with it you know you can do it. Good luck

Why such a big target in such a short time,? That's a lot to expect in 2 months I would hate you to get dissolutioned. Better to go with a more realistic goal thatyou can stick with. Good luck I hope you achieve your goals.

3 years ago I couldvarely walk with dreadful pains in my legs, I saw a physio who said my thigh muscles were extremely weak and I had very low Vit D levels.
