OH MY!! I think Im in...I practice flag football twice a week and I have games on sundays, but I work out every other day...I will fit this into my busy schedule because Im on a mission!!! I, Allyson promise to all of the above for the next 30 days! *LORD HELP* :-)

Im in!!! I am going to shoot for more, but 10 will be my minimum. I weighed in last night, and I have been working out 5 days a week and also changing my eating habits, and I havent lost a pound. This challenge will make me push even harder.
