1st Goal Met !!!

I began excersing on January 8th however I started dieting on Jaunary 1st... and as of today I have lost 10lbs. This was my goal for Feb 8th so I happpy incredibley excited to have met this already !!! I have 42 more to go

Its been honestly pretty simple once I understood how it works !! Basically I make sure I eat 1200 healthy calories throughout the day. I dont binge it all at one meal, I split it up so my body is never starving. I usually work out in the eveing and burn between 300 -400 calories so I will add that to my total calories intake for the day. And thats it, I work out everyday for 40 minutes. I rotate between the elliptical, P90x and weights. This website has a TON of advice... definitely check your calorie intake to make sure its right for you !!
