I have lost 71 lbs since Jan 1 of this year. I am excising at least 5 days a week and eat around 1700 calories per day. You may want to try a Tilapia, as it's a light fish that's not a "fishy fish".. if that makes sense. Bass is also very good mild fish. Salmon and Tuna are probably too much for you... but good luck :) Allrecipes.com

My total burn for the day is always over 2700. If I sit and do NOTHING for the day, then I burn around 2400, but I like doing more as a bonus... the most calories I burnt in one day is just over 6,000.. but that day I was active for 6 hours.. the bodymedia is something that I LOVE. (68.8 lbs since Jan 1 here using it as a tool). I have not tried any other things so I can't compare but I love how I know just doing the stuff around the house how much I burn. If ANYONE has any questions about it, please just message me. *hug*

With the bodymedia being used as a tool, I have been able to lose over 68 lbs since Jan 1. It tells you have many calories you have spent for the whole day.... Good luck with whatever you go with :)
