Amaze-a-balls! I love the Beachbody workouts so much I started selling them! I coming into week 6 of X3 and still love. Awesome job!!!!! I found the best part with it only being 30 minutes putting in suplimental cardio workouts a couple times a week is easy, so that's what I'm doing too!

Just because someone sets there limit at 1200 doesn't actually mean they eat 1200. My limit is set there and eat around 1600 calories per day but am never over my limit because I workout! That's the whole point! Just because you think it's "right", doesn't mean it's right for anyone else.

I make my own TV dinners and take them everywhere. Cook 3lbs. of chicken breast with veggies at time, then freeze each portion in a little container. Inconvenience is never an excuse with healthy homemade frozen meals. Good luck!

My favorite is chicken breasts in a cake pan, with cut up tomatoes, light Italian dressing then fill the pan with the whole bag of spinach, it shrinks a lot when cooked. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for an hour. Yummmmmy! If your kids don't like it they can still eat the chicken breasts.

I would suggest following a workout program like P90X or TapOut, that way you know what workout you have to do that day but include cardio in that. It's easier for me that way.
