You can walk and do strength training with even going to the gym. On your walks stop and do 15 wall push-ups. Then keep going till you find a lower wall and do reverse dips. Point is you can mix in upper body work while you are on your walk.

Everyone has great advice. Two things to add. It's a journey not a race. When u fall try and fall forward. That way you are still making progress. On a bad day drink a lot of water and at least try and go on a 20 min walk. You can do this

So I have found that if I don't want to write in my journal, then I don't eat it. Write everything down. Be honest with yourself. Remember it matter over mind. In other words it has to matter more to you to make a change more than u mind being the way you are. You got this!
